Every scooper clears a background check before they can accept a single route, and the ones carrying their own insurance show an Insured badge on their profile.
They work the yard in a lawn-safe pattern, so the far corner and the side of the house nobody uses get the same pass as the patch by the back door.

Three things a person can see standing over it. No lab, no degree, no appointment. Each one is scored against your own dog's baseline rather than dogs in general, because normal for a ten-year-old shepherd is not normal for a puppy. One entry is a data point. Every visit adds another.

The scooping and the app each work on their own.
The scooping is us in your yard, as often as twice a week or as little as once a month, priced on how big the yard is and how many dogs live in it. Monthly costs more per visit than weekly, not less, because a month of the yard arrives at once. Deodorizing is an add-on and dog walking is booked separately, so nothing arrives bundled that you did not ask for. The app runs on its own, costs nothing, and works anywhere in the US whether or not we serve your street, and you can add the scooping later if we do. Neither one asks you to care about the health part. The first visit is priced on how long the yard has been waiting: it starts at $49 for a yard that was cleared recently and at $89 once it has gone more than 6 weeks, and it rises from there with more dogs and a bigger yard. The quote says which before you book.

Wait, I just want my yard scooped. Can I skip the health stuff?
Yes. Pick “Scoop only” and you'll never hear about the wellness stuff. We'll show up, do the work, send a photo, leave. That's it.
I don't want a stranger in my yard. Can I just get the insights?
Absolutely. Pick the DIY plan. You snap a photo of each sample, log meals and walks, and our app runs the same 3C analysis on-device. $9/month. No scooper required.
Is this actually medical-grade?
It's vet-informed, not diagnostic. Our 3C scoring is built around the same signals vets check during stool analysis, but it's an early-warning trend tool, not a replacement for a vet visit. We're FDA Class I-eligible (general wellness), not a medical device.
What's included in every visit?
Complete yard scooping, double-bagged disposal in your bin, weather delay notifications, and a recap link with the 3C stool notes (Color, Consistency, Content) delivered by text or email. You'll also get gate-photo proof that we showed up.
How do scoopers capture the 3C data without it being weird?
Nothing is collected or taken anywhere. During normal cleanup the scooper snaps a quick photo of the stool right where it is, then scoops and bags it as usual. Our AI reads that image for the 3C signals (color, consistency, content). You get a recap link, never raw photos.
What happens on the first visit?
Fresh start. Your account is already set up from signup, so there's nothing for you to do, we just scoop the entire yard regardless of how long it's been and send your first 3C recap. After that, visits follow whatever cadence you chose: daily, twice weekly, weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
What if my dog is in the yard during service?
We're pet-friendly. If your dog is comfortable with visitors, we'll proceed. Otherwise, secure them inside or coordinate a revisit through the dashboard, no charge for the bump.
Do you need access to my backyard?
Yes. Most customers leave the gate unlocked on service day or share a code. You can add access instructions during signup or update them anytime in your dashboard. We send a photo on completion so you know it was closed behind us.
How does this work with multiple dogs?
Today the recap is yard-based: with multiple dogs we can't yet attribute a specific note to a specific dog, but you still get a clean record of what was seen across the whole yard. Camera-based per-dog identification, so findings can be tied to the right dog in multi-dog homes, is in active development and rolling out in beta.
What if there's snow or bad weather?
We scoop in most weather, Twin Cities winters included. In heavy snowfall or unsafe conditions we'll reschedule and catch up on the next visit. Extreme conditions can reduce sample visibility, but you'll always get the yard handled.
Are there health risks of pet waste in my yard?
Yes. Dog waste contains bacteria like E. coli and Salmonella, parasites including roundworms and hookworms, and can contaminate groundwater. Regular professional removal reduces those risks and keeps your yard safe for kids, guests, and other pets.
Where do you operate?
Twin Cities Metro at launch (Spring 2027): Minneapolis, St. Paul, Edina, Bloomington, Eden Prairie, plus a dozen surrounding suburbs. The DIY app works anywhere in the US.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. No contracts. Pause for a vacation, skip a week, cancel entirely, all from your dashboard. We bill per visit, not in advance.
