- Most new customers are scheduled within 3-5 business days. During peak season, it may take slightly longer.
- Do I need to be home during service?
- Nope! Just make sure we have gate access and your pup is comfortable with visitors (or secured). We'll text when we're on our way and send gate photos when done.
- Can I pause or cancel anytime?
- Absolutely. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Just give us a heads up so we can adjust your route.
