- Every walk is done by a scooper who passed our dog-walking certification: hands-on training, a knowledge quiz, and a signed liability agreement. Walkers who carry their own insurance and upload the proof show an Insured badge on their profile.

They are independent contractors, so first refusal is what we can give you. The same walker every single time is not something we can promise.
