The visit
- Every visit
- What's included in every visit?Every visit includes complete yard scooping, double-bagged waste disposal in your bin, and a detailed poop report (our digital 3C stool recap covering Color, Consistency, Content) delivered via text or email. You'll also get weather delay notifications, missed visit alerts, and easy dashboard access to manage your schedule.

- What happens on the first visit?Your first visit is a fresh start. Your account is already set up from signup, so we just scoop everything in your yard regardless of age and send your first 3C recap. After that, visits follow your chosen cadence (daily, twice weekly, weekly, biweekly, or monthly).
- Yard access
- Do you need access to my backyard?Yes, scoopers need access to your yard to perform the service. The usual arrangement is an unlocked gate on service day, or a gate code. If you have a locked gate, you can add gate access instructions during signup or in your dashboard settings.
- Dog outside
- What if my dog is in the yard?We're pet-friendly. If your dog is comfortable with visitors, we'll proceed. Otherwise, you can secure your pup or we'll coordinate a revisit.
- Multiple dogs
- How does this work with multiple dogs?Today the recap is yard-based: with multiple dogs we can't yet attribute a specific note to a specific dog, but you still get a clean record of what was seen that week. Camera-based per-dog identification belongs to the Smart Yard pilot, which is 2027 at the earliest, so there is a waitlist rather than a date.

- How often should I schedule dog poop pickup?Weekly is the cadence the service is built around: it keeps a yard clear and gives the health trend an even interval to read. Busy multi-dog households may prefer twice-weekly visits. Bi-weekly and monthly options work for smaller yards or single-dog homes. More frequent service provides better health trend data and keeps your yard guest-ready.

- What is InsightScoop dog walking?Walks are offered by InsightScoop scoopers who pass our dog-walking certification: training, a quiz, and a signed liability acknowledgement. Scoopers work for themselves. Insurance is not required, and a walker who carries their own and uploads proof shows an Insured badge on their profile you can see before booking. Add a walk to your scooping service (from $16/walk) or book a standalone walk ($26/walk). A standard walk runs about 30 minutes and is GPS-tracked in the app.About dog walking
